Marinated mushrooms
Ingredients
(approximate amounts!)
- approx. 200 grams of closed cup mushrooms (white or brown)
- tablespoon of raw vegetable oil (olive oil or a homemade flaxseed or sunflower oil)
- unrefined rock salt or sea salt
- tablespoon of soy sauce: Nama Shoyu or Nama Tamari [ 1. ] (alternatively a bit of lemon juice)
Preparation
Cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Mix in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Leave in the bowl for about an hour, stir occasionally.
Serving suggestion: with fresh parsley, with zucchini noodles, as an addition to salads.
