We don't need any equipment for a healthy raw food diet. Humans are by nature well fitted to consume plant food.

However, if we want to make our own cold press juices, blend smoothies, sauces, nut milk, dry our own spices or prepare Gourmet dishes, then we may find the following kitchen appliances useful.

In contrary to high speed blenders and conventional juicers (centrifugal juicers), the low speed ensures that the juices are pressed gently and without heat. Slow juicer is a nutrient-preserving juicer with a particularly high juice yield.
